1. About these terms imaromagazine.com (the "Site") is operated by 40 Plus Wonders LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, doing business as IMARO Magazine ("IMARO," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Using the Site You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial reading and browsing. You agree not to misuse the Site, including copying it in bulk, interfering with how it works, or using it for anything unlawful.

3. Our content All articles, photographs, videos, designs, logos and other content on the Site belong to IMARO, 40 Plus Wonders LLC or the credited creators. IMARO is a trademark of 40 Plus Wonders LLC. You may share links to our stories. You may not copy, republish, sell or edit our photos or articles without written permission.

4. Featured clients and tear sheets If you are featured in IMARO, you may share your published feature and tear sheets on your own website and social media, as long as IMARO and the photographer are credited. Any other use, including advertising or resale, requires written permission.

5. Paid features, highlights and advertising Paid features, highlights, sponsorships and ad placements are governed by a separate agreement or invoice. Unless that agreement says otherwise, a 50% non-refundable deposit holds your date and the balance is due the day before your shoot. IMARO keeps final editorial control over all content we publish. Cover stories are editorial and are not for sale.

6. Purchases Print issues and digital products are sold through the Site's shop. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. [Return policy, for example: All sales are final. If your issue arrives damaged, contact us on MagCloud.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

7. Submissions When you send us pitches, photos or other materials, you confirm you have the right to share them. Sending a submission does not guarantee publication.
